About AtPost

AtPost is a platform that facilitates the listing and discovery of vehicles and services relevant to diplomatic communities. AtPost does not broker, mediate, or guarantee any transaction between users.

Eligibility

Access to AtPost is by approval only. You must provide accurate information when requesting access. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access at our discretion.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information in your profile and listings.

Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. AtPost reviews listings for quality and guideline compliance but does not verify the accuracy of all listing details. Listings are active for the duration specified at the time of submission.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to submit false or misleading listings, use the platform for unlawful purposes, attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

Limitation of liability

AtPost is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the outcome of any transaction between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AtPost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AtPost constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
